If you are not a STAPLES/Corporate Express Customer:To establish a standard account that allows billing, you must complete a credit application before purchasing from STAPLES/Corporate Express. You may open the file, type in your information, and then print the credit application prior to signing and faxing to Corporate Express. Or, you may download the file, print and complete the form, and fax the form. Please FAX the completed and signed form and a copy of your Tax Exempt certificate to the following number: 1.800.255.8377A STAPLES/Corporate Express representative will contact you upon completion of the credit application process. For customers that will make all of their purchases using a Credit Card, you may register and begin ordering now.
