FAQs
►What is eeRadio? eeRadio is a digital recording that is stored on ACSI servers. When you click the link the audio file plays using a your preferred audio player. It is not a download; it will take up no space on your hard drive.
►How do I listen in? Simply click the file name, a window will appear, then click open and begin listening.
►Must I subscribe? You will be sent a link to the audio files every time they are posted as part of your ACSI membership. You do not need to do anything additional to subscribe to eeRadio.
►What is the cost? NOTHING! It is a benefit of your ACSI membership.
►Can I download it to my iPod? No. It is stored on the ACSI website and cannot be downloaded.
►What type of file is the audio file? An mp3 file that can play on most commonly installed players.
►I can't get eeRadio to play, what do I do? Download Windows Media Player or QuickTime to listen.
