Purpose
The ACSI Student Activities Program seeks to encourage and inspire students toward a standard of excellence in leadership, communication, and performance by enhancing the academic and fine arts education program of the Christian school. It provides opportunity for the practical application and development of skills necessary for confident Christian leadership.
Goal
ACSI strives to keep student activities focused on our mission of assisting Christian schools in their efforts to prepare students for life by teaching them all subjects with a biblical worldview. With this in mind, we ask you to carefully read the Christian Philosophy page in the Coordinators' handbook. We want students to clearly see that pursuing truth and excellence reflect God’s image and glory.
We have also created a rubric that will help frame the activity in a bigger sense—not just a one-day event, but a process, integrated into the curriculum and school community, that will impact each student for His kingdom. I would really appreciate feedback on the rubric as this is its trial run in trying to help us frame the event more clearly.

There are still several opportunities to host events. Remember, not only is this an excellent chance to serve the greater Christian community, but there are immediate practical ramifications too—such as waived school registration fees. The longer the commitment, the more waived fees.
Our Student Activities Guide details all of the specifics...and includes the registration forms and rubrics for the Yearbook and Math League Competitions.
Consider how these activities can enhance your school program:
- Art Festival
- Creative Writing
- Geography Bee
- Desktop Publishing
- Math by Mail
- Math League
- Math Olympics
- Music Festival
- Science Fair
- Speech Meet
- Spelling Bee
- Spiritual Emphasis Day
We are investigating the idea of adding the following activities and are seeking your input about possible interest.
- Policy Debate
- One-act Play Competition
- Bible Bee
Here is this year's registration form. It is password protected, acsirm11, in order to help protect your credit card information when you email the form back to us. You are also free to save the form to your desktop, print it, and send it to the RMO with a check.
Once you register, you will be given the passwords that access the online handbooks and forms.
New This Year:
We have created an electronic file for student participation fees to streamline event management for the host schools; all fees will be mailed directly to the Rocky Mountain office, and you will have the option to pay by credit card.
