Section 2: Governance and Administrative Leadership
Christ-centered governance and administrative leadership that promotes effectiveness of the school/program and growth of the student/child through an established structure contributes to a well-managed and operationally and financially sound Christian educational institution. The administrative leadership and governing body work in partnership to ensure the integrity, effectiveness, and reputation of the institution through the establishment of written policies and procedures. The governance policies are implemented by the staff who are guided by operational policies and procedures developed by the administration. The administrator is the instructional leader of the school, and he or she supervises all faculty and staff.
