Institutions of Christian higher education have a crucial role in training future leaders, educators, and workers for service worldwide. They commendably fill this role and continue to meet the critical need for well-trained, biblically sound teachers, administrators, leaders, and others.
As colleges and universities seek to be effective in preparing young hearts and minds for their vocations, ACSI desires to assist in that process and partner with higher education institutions worldwide.

2011 Forum for Christian Teacher Educators
"The Higher Education Forum was a wonderful opportunity to meet colleagues and to be informed of and challenged by relevant topics in the paper presentations. Each time I have attended, I have gleaned information that has assisted my ministry and that I can share with my associates. This is a very worthwhile investment of time and money."
Dr. James Watson
Columbia International University
The 2011 Forum is now over. Thank you to all who attended. It was a success because of YOU!

Forum Purpose
The Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) serves the evangelical Christian community of early education, elementary, and secondary schools and post-secondary institutions to enable Christian educators and schools worldwide to effectively prepare students for life.
Every other year, ACSI sponsors a forum for teacher educators from the post-secondary ranks that focuses on worldview issues affecting teaching and learning, best practices, networking, and other relevant professional topics.
The theme of the 2011 forum was:
“What Role Does Christian Higher Education Play In The Changing Landscape Of Education?”
The 2011 Forum for Christian Teacher Educators monograph is being printed and will be mailed to our member higher education institutes when available. Meanwhile, you may review and download yourself.
Read a few comments from our 2011 attendees:
"Sometimes in this kind of work you think you are standing alone and carrying burdens no one else understands. The forum provided me with an opportunity to gather together with passionate fellow teacher educators with a shared purpose and desire to produce quality Christian teachers. I left the conference intellectually stimulated and spiritually enriched."
Dr. Dale Linton
Spring Arbor University
"The 2011 ACSI Forum was one of the most collegial and professionally edifying gatherings I have ever attended. The presentations were always focused on sharing highly functional good practices. ACSI has a great vision for collaborating with higher education institutions on biblically based approaches to education worldwide. The 2013 Forum presents a great opportunity to join with like-minded Christian educators to impact the world for Christ."
Dr. William F. Cox, Jr.
Regent University
"YES YES YES!!! IT was such a great experience for me. I have continually pondered during my times back "home" at the wonderful opportunity to be with Christian educators in higher education, to share ideas, thoughts, and to be challenged to learn and grow as a Christian educator who is privileged to influence Christian teachers who will "go into the world" to TEACH. WHAT A VISION!!!
I have said it often (to everyone which whom I have spoken here) I continue to be impressed with the ACSI organization, the broadening vision, and the professionalism with which the organization conducts it's mission and ministry.
Thanks for your diligence, patience, and excellent communication. I and Spring Arbor am/is blessed to be in collaboration with this excellent organization."
