The username allows you to access the site; special membership permissions need to be applied to the account in order to receive member pricing. If you think your membership status with ACSI is up to date and your membership dues are paid but you are still unable to get member pricing, please contact ACSI Customer Service at 1-800-367-0798 and request that membership privileges be added to the school account. You may also send an email to request these permissions for member pricing to: webmaster@acsi.org.
